Nature of the Internship

This internship follows a Self-Learning with Industry Mentorship Model.

Candidates will be expected to:

  • Learn independently with guidance from mentors.

  • Complete assigned learning modules and project tasks.

  • Work on real client and internal projects.

  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

  • Continuously improve technical and professional skills.

  • Demonstrate discipline, professionalism, and accountability throughout the program.

Success in this internship depends largely on the candidate's willingness to learn, adapt, and consistently perform.


Selection Process

Stage 1 – Five-Day Assessment Program

Before being admitted into the internship program, every applicant must successfully complete a 5-working-day assessment.

During this assessment, candidates will be assigned practical tasks to evaluate not only technical aptitude but also professional qualities.

The evaluation includes:

  • Learning ability

  • Problem-solving approach

  • Discipline and punctuality

  • Sincerity and commitment

  • Professional ethics

  • Ownership and accountability

  • Communication skills

  • Adaptability

  • Consistency in task completion

  • Overall suitability for the internship program

Only candidates who successfully complete this assessment will be offered internship positions.


Internship Structure

The internship duration is 150 working days, divided into six assessment blocks of 25 working days each.

At the end of every 25-day block, candidates will undergo a comprehensive performance review.

Each review will assess:

  • Technical learning progress

  • Practical implementation skills

  • Quality of work

  • Discipline and attendance

  • Professional behaviour

  • Ownership of responsibilities

  • Ability to improve based on feedback

  • Team collaboration

  • Commitment towards career development

Candidates who successfully clear each assessment will continue to the next internship block.


Performance-Based Continuation

Continuation in the internship is entirely based on performance.

Candidates who consistently demonstrate:

  • Learning capability

  • Positive attitude

  • Commitment to excellence

will continue through the internship program.

Candidates who fail to meet the expected standards at any stage may be discontinued from the internship without progressing to the next block.


Employment Opportunity

Candidates who successfully complete all six internship blocks (150 working days) and meet the organization's performance expectations will be considered for full-time employment as Freshers, subject to available openings and business requirements.

Successful completion of the internship demonstrates that the candidate has developed the technical skills, work ethics, and professional attitude expected by the organization.


Terms & Conditions

  • Successful completion of the 5-working-day assessment is mandatory before joining the internship.

  • The internship consists of six assessment blocks of 25 working days each.

  • Continuation to the next block depends entirely on successful completion of the previous assessment.

  • Candidates are expected to possess strong self-learning capability, discipline, professionalism, accountability, and a positive attitude towards continuous improvement.

  • Candidates should remain fully focused on learning, performing, and building their careers throughout the internship.

  • Any form of indiscipline, groupism, misconduct, unethical behaviour, misuse of company resources, or activities that negatively impact the learning environment will not be tolerated and may result in immediate discontinuation from the internship.

  • Candidates are expected to maintain complete confidentiality regarding company information, projects, clients, intellectual property, and internal processes.

  • Performance evaluations conducted by the organization shall be final and binding.

  • Completion of the internship does not automatically guarantee employment. However, candidates who successfully complete the program and meet organizational expectations will be considered for suitable fresher positions based on business requirements.

  • Candidates who voluntarily discontinue the internship or whose internship is terminated due to unsatisfactory performance, misconduct, or violation of company policies will not be eligible to receive an Internship Completion Certificate or Experience Certificate for the period served.

  • All decisions made by the organization regarding assessment results, continuation, discontinuation, certification, stipend eligibility, and employment shall be final.
