Fresher Selection Process

Assessment Phase (5 Days)

After the initial screening, shortlisted candidates will be provided 5 days to prepare for an assessment.
This assessment evaluates:

• Quick learning ability
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong fundamentals in the core technology stack

Learning & Internship Period (150 Days)

Candidates who successfully clear the assessment will be eligible for a 150-days internship, divided into milestones of 25 days each assesment milestones blocks.
A stipend of up to ₹5,000 may be awarded upon successful completion of each 25-day milestone, purely based on performance and evaluation.

Full-Time Employment

Upon successful completion of all internship milestones (each 25-day phase), candidates will be recruited as Full-Time Employees, with a starting CTC of ₹1.8 LPA. subject to performance and evaluation.

Assessment and Internship Details

• Learning Mode: Office-based (on-premises only); remote work is not permitted.
• Location: Chromepet, Chennai Map
• Learning Days: Monday to Friday (mandatory attendance)
• Full-Time Internship Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Part-Time Internship Timings: 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM
• Availability: Continuous and consistent availability throughout the internship is mandatory; no interruptions or breaks are allowed.
