• Structured a phase-wise development and implementation plan along with clear cost and timeline transparency

Outcome of the Planning Phase
The proposal was appreciated by the Viva Housing team for its clarity and structured implementation approach. However, due to budget constraints, the client decided to temporarily hold the project, with an intent to revisit the implementation in a future phase.
